-
Buttercup
Buttercup is a gentle mare who joined our farm shortly after Toby arrived in 2017. She was in need of a home and Toby needed a friend. Buttercup is amazing with kids...if you come see us at any of our petting zoo events, you will meet this gentle soul.
-
Tatum
Tatum was the first fainting goat we welcomed to the farm. He loves attention has the most beautiful markings.
-
Tiny
Tiny the one we couldn't leave behind. When we went to pick up Tumbles, we heard about Tiny’s adventure into this world and that he was the only surviving goat from triplets that were born. He had to come home with us.
-
Toby
Toby is a gelding who came to the farm in 2017 after his life as a stud ended. We had already known him for a few years and got to meet several of his foals. When he became available, we knew he would be a part of our family. His registered name is Strebor born 2BA star. Toby loves to jump and is very athletic.
-
Shaggy
Shaggy joined the farm shortly after Asher, since all breeds of animals love to have a friend of their own kind. Both donkeys bring a certain shy and loving character to the farm. Also, who couldn’t fall in love with that face.
-
Asher
Asher joined the farm in August of this year. We believe he is about five years old. I went to look at a five-month-old donkey to add to our program but fell in love with Asher instead.
-
Slate
Slate is from the same farm that Tatum came from, the goats there have always been so friendly. He was born polled, which means naturally not having horns. We knew it would be great to have a goat without horns for children who are intimidated by them.
-
Tumbles
Tumbles are handsome bearded goat. After falling in love with the fainting goat breed. We wanted to add a gray and white colored goat to the herd, so we traveled a couple hours to get him. Tumbles was very shy when he first came to the farm, but we have finally earned his trust.
-
Cinaroo
Cinaroo is the newest addition to the farm. She is Toby’s daughter born on april 21, 2016. I met her a day after she was born so she always had a special place in my heart. She is eager to meet you.
-
Lincoln & Penny
Lincoln & Penny are our Suri & Huacaya alpacas. They joined the farm in late November of 2023. Lincoln is turning 6 this year while Penny is only turning 2. We are still gaining their trust; however alpacas are so inquisitive.
-
Faith, Joy, Hope & Potato
Our 4 guinea pigs were in need of a new home, so we decided to bring them to the farm in mid-November. They are about 3 years old.
-
Oreo
Oreo came with his friend Thumper the beginning of November. We figured out quickly Thumper was not suited for a therapy program, so he lives with my niece now. Oreo is a loving part of our farm and loves his carrots.
-
Draco
Draco is a lionhead rabbit who joined us the end of November. Draco is very sweet. He was raised at a local farm where their 2- and 4-year-old children helped get him ready for all the kid snuggles.
-
Thelma & Louise
Thelma & Louise are the first chickens to the farm. They are Silkies and we are so thrilled about them and their breed. They’re not only adorable, they are super chill chickens.
-
TT
TT was named by one of the kids that comes to the farm. She is an Ameraucana chicken. Hopefully she wll give us coorful eggs.
-
Laverne & Shirley
Laverne is the most docile of our Silkie hens. Ofcourse Shirley came with her and are a great part of our farm.
-
LadyBug
Ladybug came to the farm in June of 2024. She is a micro-miniature Aberdeen/Highland cross heifer. Ladybug was very shy in the beginning but has made huge progress warming up to children and people in general.
-
Polly
Polly is a Rhode Island red chicken that joined our farm because she was the last left of her flock. Polly is a pretty cool chick and spends her time following me around the barnyard. We have started training her to walk in a harness. She came to the farm in September 0f 2024.
-
Alfredo & Luna
Alfredo & Luna were born here on the farm on June 29, 2024. Thelma & Shirley both sat on the eggs until they hatched together. Alfredo looks just like his dad (Pepper) and is a rooster. Luna is a lovely hen.
-
Lonna
We traded our rooster Pepper for a hen named Lonna. She is a little Bantum girl but produces eggs daily. She is super-fast and holds her own to the bigger chickens in the flock.
